This website is operated by SnoozeClub ('we', 'us', 'our'). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy, Shipping and Return & Refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and images may vary slightly from the product you receive because of screen settings and manufacturing differences. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices and errors
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.
4. Promotions and discounts
Quantity and bundle discounts (such as Buy 2 or Buy 3) apply automatically when the conditions are met. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined with other offers or codes. We may change, limit or end any promotion at any time, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud, resale, or abuse of promotions or returns. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Safe use of our products
Our sleep masks are consumer comfort products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including sleep disorders. To use them safely:
- Do not wear the product while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where you need to see or hear your surroundings.
- Keep the volume at a comfortable level, because loud audio can damage hearing.
- Stop using the product if it becomes hot, damaged, or causes discomfort or skin irritation.
- Use only the charging method provided, and follow the instructions that come with your product.
- Keep electronic parts dry and away from small children.
If you have a medical condition or any concern about using the product, speak to a doctor first.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reused or sold without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or hack it, use it for unlawful purposes, or place orders with the intent of reselling or defrauding us.
10. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party sites and use third-party services such as payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer law that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims or expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.

16. If a part is unenforceable
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
