Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. After that, delivery is typically 7-20 business days in the United States and longer for international orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We email you tracking details when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first update. See our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under our Return Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Damaged, defective or wrong items are covered separately. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy, and email us before sending anything back.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What do I do?
Email appleegyp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
The Bluetooth sleep mask
How do I connect it?
Charge and power on the mask, then pair it in your phone or tablet's Bluetooth settings. Follow the instructions included with your mask.
Can I use it for calls?
The mask has a volume control. Please check the instructions included with your mask for the available controls.
Is the fit adjustable?
Yes, it has an adjustable strap so you can find a comfortable fit.
Does it cancel noise or stop snoring?
No. It is a sleep mask with Bluetooth audio. It does not provide active noise cancellation and is not a medical device.
How do I charge it?
It charges by cable. Keep the electronic parts dry and follow the care instructions included with your mask.

How do the bundle deals work?
Buy 2 and save 15%, or buy 3 and save 25%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, and you can mix colors.
